Danger of Aspartame
This is something we can avoid for good health and please do let your friends and relatives know about this matter too. I've received another email from my dad recently and I would like to shared it with all of you. I didn't encounter this so it's not about me but someone else did. So here it goes....

I too take quite a lot of these things when I have a bad cough recently and I hope that it will not affect my health. For those who takes "Ricola" & "Fisherman's Friend" Lozenges, please note that they both contain Aspartame known as "SILENT KILLER". I have a friend who was used to buying these "SILENT KILLER" but she stopped taking these since last April. She was shocked when she was stopped at the metal detection at Changi Airport in Japan during her trip there due to this sweet. The reason given by the security officer was that it contains "lead". Sugar free products contains Aspartame. So don't consume sugar free products especially "Fisherman's Friend" lozenges contains Aspartame which is the "SILENT KILLER" according to Ron Harder. For those who prefer to consume artificial flavouring, there is an epidemic across North America today with Multiple Sclerosisand Lupus. Most people do not understand why this epidemic is happening and they don't know why these diseases are so rampant. I would like to share these matters with you it's because the main reason we are having this is a very serious problem. Many people today uses artificial sweeteners in their tea and coffee. They do this because the advertisments shown on TV tells them that sugar is bad for health. Well, this is absolutely true. Sugar is toxic to us, but what most people use as a replacement for sugar is much more deadly. I'm talking about Aspartame. It is the cause of the epidemic that was mentioned above. Aspartame is an extremely toxic chemical that is produced by a chemical company called Monsanto. Aspartame is being marketed around the world as a sugar substitute and is found in all types of diet soft drinks such as Diet Coke and Diet Pepsi. Just like what Fairrick says, Warning! Do not drink diet soft drinks if you value your life!! Aspartame is also found in artificial sweeteners such as NutraSweet, Equal, and Spoonful. Hence, it is used in many products as a sugar replacement. Aspartame is marketed as a diet product, but it is not a diet product at all. In fact, it will cause you to gain more weight because it makes you crave carbohydrates. Causing you to gain weight is only a very small part of the effects of what Aspartame does. It is a toxic chemical that changes the brain's chemistry. It can and does causes severe seizures. This chemical changes the dopamine level in our human brain and it is particularly deadly for anyone suffering from Parkinson's disease. Aspartame is extremely poisonous and here is why one of the toxic ingredients of it is wood alcohol. When the temperature of Aspartame exceeds to approximitely 86 degrees Farenheit, the wood alcohol in it is converted to Formaldehyde and then to formic acid, which in turn causes folicacidosis. Formaldehyde is grouped in the same class of poisons as Cyanide and Arsenic which are very deadly toxins. The only difference is that Formaldehyde kills quietly, and it takes a little longer. Moreover, in the process of killing people, it causes all kinds of neurological problems. There are 92 documented symptoms of Aspartame Poisoning leading to coma and death. The majority of these symptoms are neurological because the Aspartame attacks and destroys our human body's nervous system. One of these symptoms is Lupus, which has become almost as rampant as Multiple Sclerosis, especially for Diet Coke and Diet Pepsi drinkers. So, stop all these if you really love your life. Treasure what God had beautifully created. Besides, sugar is bad for your body. It'll cause diabetes. SO.... If you have a sweet tooth, then contol it.
