Fortunate or UNfortunate??
I started falling sick last saturday. Don't know why. Maybe it was because of the hot & humid weather or maybe I went for a swim on friday. Ooo... Talking about swimming. I just went out with my BESTEST BESTEST BESTEST BEST...... Friend, Rebecca last Friday & also her little sister Nathania. It's been ages since we hang out. Becky picked me up from my house at around 11 something. Was suppose to meet up with her at the club but my dear bro couldn't wake up to fetch me there. So change of plan. So when we got there, the sun was in the middle of the sky, blazing hot. So we went to get our towels, went to the bathroom, then change first. Amazingly, we could fit all of our 3 bags & extra towels inside that small little locker. Hahah... After that, we went to the poolside to sit around for awhile. Then the sun started to cool down. So we went to wet ourselves. Trust me, the shower was so cold. So then we slowly get into the pool when Nat was already swimming. We'll stop at each end after swimming each lap to have our girlie talk. (Sorry.. No info given on that. It's privacy.) Hahah.. After an hour, we got out from the pool then we go and try out the steam bath & sauna. The steam bath was really nice & relaxing. It soothes your body & relaxes your mind there. It's a really good place to calm yourself down over there. You couldn't even feel the heat there. You all should go try it. But only Penang Swimming Club members only. Hahaha.... Too bad if you're not. Unfortunately, the sauna wasn't working. According to the signboard it has time limits & they on it automatically. Well, after an hour or so we then only decided to have our shower because the restaurant closes at 2 something. So, we took a quick shower, blow our hair & talk somemore. Hey! We're girls!! There's a lot to talk about ok. Mind all you guys. I bet guys have guy talk too! Then, we went to the restaurant, had our Thai Fried Rice. Really yummy!! Then, Nat wants to watch her Korean show on tv so we went outside to watch it. Then, Becky wants to read some magazines for awhile at the library. We spent about half an hour in the library reading magazines then after that Becky drop me home cause she has tuition to go to. Love this girl a lot. I've known her practically almost my whole life since I've come to FGA. She has been a real big blessing to me throughout all these years. Love the fact that I have someone like her to share secrets, talk about stuff, having all those sleepovers & movie nights & etc. It was really fun & interesting to know her. And I'm grateful to have a close friend like her.Okay, back to the topic. On sunday morning, I was suppose to get up to get ready to go to church early cause I was on duty to do the LCD but no one could replace me cause there wasn't any replacement. So I forced myself to get up & out of the bed. My head & body ache so much that I couldn't even walk straight. It felt like I was knocked on the head real hard. So I calm myself down, force myself to get ready, then go to church. Prepared & set up the LCD getting it ready for the service. Then I asked my bro to do it the rest of the service. It was the first time the service ended so early in North Zone cause there was an invited speaker. At the end of the service, I was so eager to go home then but NO I COULD NOT. Because my daddy was too busy talking so I just sit down on a chair & kept on complaining & pestering my mommy & bro that I wanna go back. Then later I was informed that I have to stay back to pratice for this coming sunday's Father's Day act. Darn it... Good thing it was for a short while only cause the sicko girl couldn't stand it long. So I got dropped home while my family was feasting in some chinese tea house in town with all those good food. But I didn't bother cause I had no appetite to eat either. Was suppose to eat something & then take my medicine, but instead I went to sleep right away. I couldn't take it. Woke up at 6 something in the evening. Couldn't get up again. I took a hard time to shower cause my body was so weak & it was very hard for me to walk, I barely even could stand. Took a really long hot bath then went down to eat a few spoons full of porridge cause I had no appetite then took my medicine, watch tv for awhile then went to bed early.
The next day it was the first day of school, so I force myself to get up & go to school. Took a really long time for me to get ready for school. Good thing I was just in time for assembly. So no picking up rubbish job for me. Hahah... I had stand at our English Garden for about half an hour for assembly listening to our headmistress babbling about some stuff that I don't give a damn about it. Luckyily it was short & quiet brief if not I would have fainted then cause my head was aching, it was so hot & I was feeling stranggled by the tie on my collar. We monitors are forced to wear our ugly blue ties during every single assemblies. After that we went back to class, feeling nauseous & was having a real bad headache. So I decided to call my dad after recess then left to go home. We went to see the doctor first. It took us almost an hour. Then we to eat MiHoon with soup at Gurney Drive then my dad fetch me to my orthodontic for my check up then we went home. I didn't go for my physics tuition that night. Yippee!!! Hahaha...
On Tuesday, I get to skipped school. I was on MC(Medical Certificate). But I'm a MC(Medical Consumer) for the week. I've gotta finish the Anti Biotics for 5 days. YUCK!!! I call them drugs. Hahaha... It make me cannot sleep at night. I'm serious. I don't know why. I thought medicine are suppose to make you sleepy. Anyway, I cancelled my addmath tuition that day & didn't go for my Chemistry tuition that night. It's like I skipped all my tuitions for the week. And yesterday, I was excused from staying back for co-curricular activities. Because we're force to stay back & nobody was allowed to go back until it is over. But at least I had the advantage to. Hahaha.. So I guess being sick is unfortunately giving me a hard time but fortunately I get my rest & at least I get to miss out so many things that is stressing me. So that's all!!
